Policy Statement

I want nothing more than for you to recieve the products you ordered! Please do not hesitate to contact me immediately if there is an issue. 

Typically these policies only extend to the timeframe of "within 14-30 days of purchase" but exceptions may apply.

Lost/Misdelivered Mail

Once the package is in the mail, I cannot ensure it's safe delivery. However, I am more than happy to resolve lost/misdelivered mail, within 30 days of purchase, in the following ways:

Damaged Product

If the item arrives damaged or is damaged due to faulty construction (my fault), I am sorry! I try my best to ensure the packaging is quality. However, things can happen! I am more than happy to resolve Damaged Product, within 30 days of purchase, in the following ways
